ABOUT OUR CENTRE

Clyde Township Family & Community Centre will open in 2023 for 3 and 4-year old kindergarten.

For Term 2, 2023 the centre will operate from 18 Playwright Street, Clyde before moving to its permanent home of 45 Valatta Street, Clyde.

Kids First is delighted to be partnering with the City of Casey and managing this kindergarten.

Our unique early years model will benefit all young learners and we are so excited to be part of the Clyde community.

Accredited Early Years Manager

Kids First is recognised by the Department of Education and Training as an accredited Early Years Manager. This means we are recognised for our expertise in the delivery of high quality early childhood education and care services.

The Kinder Tick

This kinder has the Kinder Tick as we are an approved provider of a Victorian Government funded kindergarten program. That means your child is taking part in an evidence-informed, play-based learning program that meets government guidelines.

Eligibility

For four-year-olds, your child must turn 4 by April 30 in the year of attendance. If your child was born between January and April you can choose which year to enrol your child, including the year the child is eligible or the year after.

For three-year-olds, children must turn 3 by 30 April in the year they commence, however a parent will be required to stay with the child until they turn three years old.

How to Enrol

Kindergarten enrolments for Clyde Township Family & Community Centre Kindergarten are processed by the City of Casey council via their website for both 4-year-old and 3-year-old kinder.
